A graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Italian, Cesar went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Fluent in Spanish, he is able to communicate clearly and directly with a wide range of clients, making sure no one is left out of the process or misunderstood during this critical time.

With experience that includes advocacy work at Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigration Services, Cesar has a long-standing history of standing up for vulnerable communities.
